IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Cleveland, Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and Tees Valley (Redcar and Cleveland, Stockton on Tees, Hartlepool, Darlington and Middlesbrough).

- Modification or cancelation of any travel reservation after the Visa is granted may lead to refusal in future Visa applications.

- The Schengen Tourist Visa is a visa which allows the holder to travel as a tourist to or through the following countries within its validity: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

- In order to apply for the visa, the applicant must be originally from one of the following countries:

- The owner of a refugee travel document issued under the Geneva Convention of Refugee Regulations of the 28th July 1951 or the New York Refugee Regulation Protocol of the 31st of January 1967, are required to obtain a visa unless they have a resident permit issued by one of the member states. “

There is a service charge of 14.55 £ (inclusive of VAT) per visa application in addition to the visa, fee payable by all applicants and visa categories.

  • The applicable visa fee in Pound Sterling (£) is as per the current exchange rate and is subject to change without notice.
  • Only children under 6 years are exempted of Visa fees

BLS International Service charge

There is a service charge of 14.55 £ (inclusive of VAT) per visa application in addition to the visa, fee payable by all applicants and visa categories.

  • The Special Delivery facility for the return of processed applications is available at a fee of £24.95 (Inclusive of VAT) per application. This is an Additional service.
  • The SMS and email notification for the processing of the applications is available at a fee of £1.95 (Inclusive of VAT) per application. This is an Additional service.
  • The Visa fees can be paid by cash, credit/debit card or postal orders in the name of “Spain Visa Application Centre". Cheque payments and direct bank transfers are not accepted.
  • All fees are non-refundable

Note: We regret we cannot accept photographs that do not meet these requirements

Please provide one recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:

  • Taken against a white so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
  • Clear share quality and with the face in focus.
  • Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
  • Full face, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
  • Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.

Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre..

Applications accepted at the Spain Visa Application Centre will be submitted on the next working day at Consulate General of Spain in Edinburgh . Once the application has been submitted, the applicant can be further requested additional documentation in support of the same. Please note that the minimum processing time is between 3 and 4 weeks.
